Returns & Refunds
Thanks for shopping at ZBROZ Racing.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused/uninstalled and in the same condition that you received it.
- Product must be in the original packaging.
- Product needs to be returned with receipt/proof of purchase.
- Close-Out Products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If return is approved:
- We will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is a warranty issue. Do not use USPS for return shipping.
